Where do we start, I first want to say THANK YOU to Theepan Balasubramaniam . From day one when were looking to sell our home he stepped in and walked us through the ropes. He made it easy and stress free when we were selling our house. When it was time to look for our new home I knew right away he was our guy!... He didnt rush us, he didnt pressure us, and he waiting till we were ready ! Our journey to looking at homes which we probably walked into over 30 homes and over the course of 5 months i know we worked him hard and he was always helpful and available. It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.
