The sale of a home was no simple feat, in the pre-pandemic period. So, just imagine having to unexpectedly sell your home in the midst of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions in February 2021 because your life circumstances change. I had so many needs ranging from a den for work and meditation, a kitchen that was functional and a view that would be breath-taking. Our first offer didn’t quite work out the way we wanted it to, which obviously resulted in a sense of disappointment. She handled negotiations with my landlord’s agent seamlessly. It was quite an experience to witness, because throughout the process, I truly felt like I had an advocate in my corner.
