Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.
