The sale of a home was no simple feat, in the pre-pandemic period. So, just imagine having to unexpectedly sell your home in the midst of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions in February 2021 because your life circumstances change. Moving, packing and prepping your home in hopes that you receive the best value possible is undeniably an emotional process. In addition to selling my home, I needed a brokerage that would be able to support me with finding a condominium apartment for rent. I needed a healing and rejuvenating space. It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property.
