Navi was an exceptional professional in helping my wife and I purchase two properties and sell one in a short period of time. One characteristic that stands out the most is his integrity through providing advice with his client's interest in mind.

That said, on more than one occasion during our experience, Navi really challenged us to think and consider all options before making a decision. He could have easily provided us with what we wanted to hear in making an offer on a property that we wanted to act on in the heat of the moment. It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.
