Yathi also was able to secure a house for my family friend. He would not only show you the property but will also do the related research in terms of his client's preference (school, day care, nearby amenities, Safe environment, residential/ investment property, rental income opportunity in laws unit, cashflow analysis etc.).

Yathi knows how to find the appropriate property to meet his clients needs and expectations. The 1st house that he secured for us in 2020 was $590K and now its $1.2m after just 1 year. Even the 2nd house (4 plex) he secured the deal less than 30K what we budgeted for originally beating other 48 bidders. The house he helped to secure for my family friend was for $625K but within 1 month a house opposite to my friend's was sold for $750K in Oshawa in 2021.

If anyone wants to buy there 1st home or investment property or commercial property, he is the perfect person someone can rely upon for sure. I had many questions throughout the buying process and Theepan always answered them in a timely and helpful manner. He also asked the right questions to determine what my definition of a ‘perfect home’ (style, pricing, neighbourhood, etc. etc.) before making recommendations on prospective homes. I really appreciated his patience and availability – especially spending many evenings and weekends looking at homes in different neighbourhoods, different styles of houses, renovated/non-renovated homes, etc. until I found exactly what I wanted. I never felt any pressure from Theepan to put in an offer on a house I did not want. He is also very knowledgeable of the market and provided very frank feedback about the properties (pros and cons).
