I had many questions throughout the buying process and Theepan always answered them in a timely and helpful manner. He also asked the right questions to determine what my definition of a ‘perfect home’ (style, pricing, neighbourhood, etc. etc.) before making recommendations on prospective homes. I really appreciated his patience and availability – especially spending many evenings and weekends looking at homes in different neighbourhoods, different styles of houses, renovated/non-renovated homes, etc. until I found exactly what I wanted. I never felt any pressure from Theepan to put in an offer on a house I did not want. He is also very knowledgeable of the market and provided very frank feedback about the properties (pros and cons). I would definitely recommend Theepan to anyone who is looking for a helpful and professional real estate agent!!

Navi was an exceptional professional in helping my wife and I purchase two properties and sell one in a short period of time. One characteristic that stands out the most is his integrity through providing advice with his client's interest in mind.

That said, on more than one occasion during our experience, Navi really challenged us to think and consider all options before making a decision.
