The sale of a home was no simple feat, in the pre-pandemic period. So, just imagine having to unexpectedly sell your home in the midst of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions in February 2021 because your life circumstances change. Moving, packing and prepping your home in hopes that you receive the best value possible is undeniably an emotional process. In addition to selling my home, I needed a brokerage that would be able to support me with finding a condominium apartment for rent. I needed a healing and rejuvenating space.
