10 Steps to Selling Like a Pro

I had many questions throughout the buying process and Theepan always answered them in a timely and helpful manner. He also asked the right questions to determine what my definition of a ‘perfect home’ (style, pricing, neighbourhood, etc. etc.) before making recommendations on prospective homes. I really appreciated his patience and availability – especially spending many evenings and weekends looking at homes in different neighbourhoods, different styles of houses, renovated/non-renovated homes, etc. until I found exactly what I wanted. I never felt any pressure from Theepan to put in an offer on a house I did not want. He is also very knowledgeable of the market and provided very frank feedback about the properties (pros and cons). I would definitely recommend Theepan to anyone who is looking for a helpful and professional real estate agent!!

It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.
