10 Steps to Selling Like a Pro


Selling your home can be very emotional and at times a very intensive process.  When you are ready to sell, make sure you are informed.  Being informed can save you precious time and money.  Below, you will find a list of topics that you should be aware of when selling your home.  Be sure to take a read and send us a quick message if you have any further questions.

It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.
