Navi was an exceptional professional in helping my wife and I purchase two properties and sell one in a short period of time. One characteristic that stands out the most is his integrity through providing advice with his client's interest in mind.

I had many questions throughout the buying process and Theepan always answered them in a timely and helpful manner. He also asked the right questions to determine what my definition of a ‘perfect home’ (style, pricing, neighbourhood, etc. etc.) before making recommendations on prospective homes. I really appreciated his patience and availability – especially spending many evenings and weekends looking at homes in different neighbourhoods, different styles of houses, renovated/non-renovated homes, etc. until I found exactly what I wanted. I never felt any pressure from Theepan to put in an offer on a house I did not want. He is also very knowledgeable of the market and provided very frank feedback about the properties (pros and cons).
