It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.

Maj and Navi have been so helpful in the process to find a home. Maj made the process so much smoother and it was comforting to know I could contact her at any time with my questions. We worked with Theepan on our recent purchase and time and time again, Theepan proves to be not only professional, but as someone who always looks out for his clients.
