A Customized Approach to Real Estate

It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.

Theepan was our realtor for both the sale and purchase of our homes and we had the best experience working with him. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the selling and buying processes and made us feel confident about the huge decisions we made. When it came to selling our parents’ home, Theepan was very hands on during renovations and selected all the amazing finishes. As first-time home buyers for our new home, Theepan made the process very comfortable and ensured we found a house that met all our needs. Our family can’t thank Theepan enough for his dedication and great spirit during this process.
