Navi and the Bespsoke team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and provided us with an excellent experience when buying our first family home. Navi was well researched about the neighbourhoods we were interested in and always brought his A game. He successfully negotiated a selling price for our condo which was well beyond what we were expecting, maintaining composure and tact during the entire process making us feel extremely comfortable. It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. We felt an effort wasn’t made to maintain a lasting client-realtor relationship. It was kind of an abrupt end with some attempts. Honestly, a simple thank you note would of suffice. This was the only element lacking, and would have tied in to make the experience great.
