I worked with Theepan to find the house of my dreams. He was literally available at any hour. I’m a shift worker and not many people try to accommodate my random schedule but Theepan did just that. Late night showings, early morning showings were no problem. He took the time to teach me about properties and what was really important. I felt like he genuinely looked out for my best interests!! We bought our first home and second home through Yathi Manimaran from Bespoke. We referred Yathi to our friends and family and as usual he didn't disappointed, rather went extra mile.

Yathi is a very patient, calm and very knowledgeable person in restate business. We bought our first house in January 2020 in Oshawa. Just before COVID , there was a lot of bidding war going on that time. He secured our preferred house. We bought our 2nd house in January 2022. There is so much bidding war everywhere now. But he was still able to find the property that we were looking for and won the bid for us.

Yathi is a superb negotiator and the most professional person I have ever seen in this field. He might be young but don't be fooled by his age though. He is a full time realtor. He was able to find our 1st house in 1 month and second house in 2 weeks. He always answered any questions or doubts I had during the process. He would always pick up my phone and answer my questions. Even if he missed my call he would always text me that when he will call back and always kept his promise.

Yathi also was able to secure a house for my family friend. He would not only show you the property but will also do the related research in terms of his client's preference (school, day care, nearby amenities, Safe environment, residential/ investment property, rental income opportunity in laws unit, cashflow analysis etc.).

Yathi knows how to find the appropriate property to meet his clients needs and expectations. The 1st house that he secured for us in 2020 was $590K and now its $1.2m after just 1 year. Even the 2nd house (4 plex) he secured the deal less than 30K what we budgeted for originally beating other 48 bidders. The house he helped to secure for my family friend was for $625K but within 1 month a house opposite to my friend's was sold for $750K in Oshawa in 2021.

If anyone wants to buy there 1st home or investment property or commercial property, he is the perfect person someone can rely upon for sure. The sale of a home was no simple feat, in the pre-pandemic period. So, just imagine having to unexpectedly sell your home in the midst of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions in February 2021 because your life circumstances change. When you’re forced to reckon with lock box mix-ups, condescending security guards, and driving through 5pm after-work traffic to make it to your appointment on time; you want someone who can sift through the noise and truly deliver a new home that fits all of your needs; even if it’s a rental. I had so many needs ranging from a den for work and meditation, a kitchen that was functional and a view that would be breath-taking. Our first offer didn’t quite work out the way we wanted it to, which obviously resulted in a sense of disappointment. Majury didn’t falter; she pushed full steam ahead knowing the sense of defeat that I was feeling. She found the perfect property, delivered on every single demand! Even then, she wasn’t done. She handled negotiations with my landlord’s agent seamlessly. It was quite an experience to witness, because throughout the process, I truly felt like I had an advocate in my corner. For someone like me, whose career is built on community advocacy, I can’t begin to tell you what it felt like. She is the perfect intermediary, and will present your case with her best foot forward. I had many questions throughout the buying process and Theepan always answered them in a timely and helpful manner. He also asked the right questions to determine what my definition of a ‘perfect home’ (style, pricing, neighbourhood, etc. etc.) before making recommendations on prospective homes. I really appreciated his patience and availability – especially spending many evenings and weekends looking at homes in different neighbourhoods, different styles of houses, renovated/non-renovated homes, etc. until I found exactly what I wanted.
