It’s been more than a year since my husband and I became homeowners. There is no doubt Theepan and his team are very knowledgeable about real estate. Both Theepan and Navi were easy going and very patient during the experience of purchasing our home. However, we weren’t thrilled about the process after closing the property. I had many questions throughout the buying process and Theepan always answered them in a timely and helpful manner. He also asked the right questions to determine what my definition of a ‘perfect home’ (style, pricing, neighbourhood, etc. etc.) before making recommendations on prospective homes. I really appreciated his patience and availability – especially spending many evenings and weekends looking at homes in different neighbourhoods, different styles of houses, renovated/non-renovated homes, etc. until I found exactly what I wanted.
